These things happen! Please email us immediately or drop a message on our whatsapp number +919621111816 or you can call us. we will cancel your order without asking. even if your order is dispatched we will return it.

How do I use a discount code?
Simply head to the checkout, and on the first page of the checkout there will be a box for you to enter your discount code in - make sure to click ‘Apply’! This is offered before the payment page so you’re totally aware of how much you can save.
Can I send an order as a gift?
Have a special someone who you think needs a fragrance from hasan oud in their life? An hasan oud is the perfect gift! You can ship an order directly to that lucky lad or lady by entering their address as the shipping address, and your own as the billing address. All hasan oud product come automatically wrapped with a beautiful paper and ribbon, plus we don’t include any value invoices inside the box as any receipts are sent directly to your own email address. It’s that easy!

We love our animals, and we know you do too! All hasan oud fragrance are made with cruelty-free vegan ingredients .
