Return & Refund Policy

We offer Return / Refund only in following conditions :

• If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, we request that you provide an unboxing video as proof. We will arrange for a return pickup at no additional cost.
• Please ensure the product is unused, securely packed, and returned in its original condition along with the box and invoice.
• Proper packaging is required to prevent any damage during the return shipment.

Once the product is received and inspected in its original condition, we will proceed with your refund or replacement. Refunds will only be processed if the product and packaging are undamaged and complete.

Order Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order only if it has not been shipped yet.

• If the order is prepaid via credit card or net banking, a full refund will be issued if the order has not been dispatched.
• Once the order has been shipped, cancellations will no longer be possible, and you will need to proceed with a return after receiving the product.

Please allow 30-45 days for the refund to be processed and credited to your bank account, once eligibility is confirmed.
