Shipping policy

On Normal Days:

Prepaid orders placed before 10:00 AM will be processed and shipped on the same day. Orders placed after 10:01 AM will be processed on the next working day. Shipping is not processed on Sundays and Public Holidays. Once shipped, we will send you an email along with a shipment tracking number on your registered email ID.

Delivery time:

Domestic Shipping in India

International Shipping outside India

Our standard delivery timeline for international orders is 7–15 business days, depending on the destination Pincode. We’ll take care of the shipping charges from our end to ensure your order reaches you securely.

For all international shipments, we charge a flat shipping fee of ₹1499, while the remaining shipping costs are borne by us. This ensures you get the best possible rates without compromising on safe and timely delivery.

Please note that any tariffs, customs duties, or additional charges levied by your country’s authorities will be borne by the customer.

In the rare case your product arrives damaged, we’ll be happy to assist you. Kindly reach out to us within 24 hours of receiving your parcel along with an unboxing video for verification. Refunds or replacements will only be applicable in such instances.
